Run the whole resort from one place.

Book Your Stay OS takes a reservation on your website, checks the guest in at the desk, rings the store, bills the seasonal lot, and pays the crew — built by a resort, for resorts, campgrounds and cabins.

Online booking

Guests book it themselves — by date, or by place.

The calendar shows only the days you are open, prices every night from your own rate card, and takes the deposit. A week starts on your turnover day. Nothing double-books.

  • Seasons, holidays and minimum stays set once and priced everywhere
  • Cabins by the week or the night, sites by the night, boats and slips with the stay
  • Group planning: which weeks fit a whole family reunion
  • Confirmation and rules emailed the moment they book

Front desk

Today, at a glance. Everything else, one click away.

Who is arriving, who is here, who is leaving. Check in, take cash, check or card, and the till knows what should be in the drawer at close.

  • Payments against the reservation they belong to — deposits, balances, refunds
  • A follow-up list so nothing waits on someone's memory
  • The turnover board: which cabins are cleaned and released, and by whom
  • One guest record: stays, payments, purchases, every message sent

Seasonal accounts

Every lot holder has an account, and every bill is on it.

The yearly bill split into the payments you set, electric from the lot's own meter readings, store charges, and the invoices you sent — all kept on the account, with what has been paid against each.

  • Bill a whole lot type at once, or one account, by email
  • Meter readings on the lot; the season's electric worked out and taxed
  • A lot sale moves the contract to the buyer and keeps the history
  • A vacant lot shows as available all year, on the website too

Store & inventory

Ring it up, count it down.

Categories, items and sizes with cost, price and margin. A sale goes to a walk-in, a reservation or a seasonal account, and the shelf count follows. Fees and services are flagged so they never "run out."

  • A sweatshirt is seven sizes, each counted and priced on its own
  • Sales run on their own dates; the register knows the price today
  • The drawer: the float, the payouts, and what should be in it at close

Staff & payroll

Who works when, and what they're paid.

Build the week by shift, and the hours flow into pay. Hourly, salaried or paid per cabin cleaned. Pay periods close with totals per employee and for the resort, withholding figured, year-end in the shape a W-2 asks for.

  • Each person signs in with their own PIN and sees only what applies to them
  • Front desk staff get the desk, store staff the till, cleaners the turnover board
  • Text or email the whole crew this week's schedule in one send
